Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team based in Delhi, India. This remote role is critical in managing our human resources operations, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and payroll. The ideal candidate will be skilled in developing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in shaping the work environment and culture at StafGo Health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard top talent efficiently.
- Design and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company.
- Oversee payroll operations ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage employee relations, addressing issues and grievances, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and maintain records according to legal and company requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
- Proficient in handling employee relations and payroll management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
