Leveraging your expertise in RCM sales, you will promote StafGo Health's suite of services and solutions, demonstrating how our offerings can optimize revenue cycles and enhance operational efficiency for our clients. This position will start as a contract role with the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and prospective clients within the healthcare industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare executives, practice managers, and decision-makers.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and presentations to articulate the value proposition of StafGo Health's services.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to tailor solutions to meet client needs and address specific pain points.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and performance indicators, providing regular updates to management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong network of contacts within the healthcare community, including hospitals, clinics, medical practices, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
