We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Accountant to join our team and manage our financial records with precision and accuracy.
Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Sr. Accountant who is proficient in using Tally and QuickBooks software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing monthly accounting entries, preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Balance Sheet (BS) statements, and maintaining thorough and accurate record-keeping. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and record daily financial transactions using QuickBooks.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets (BS).
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Conduct regular reconciliations of all accounts.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in Tally and QuickBooks software.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
